Main features
1.The frame steel uses Q235 international standard profiles with a thickness of 4mm. The surface is treated by pickling, phosphating and hot - dip galvanizing, which endows it with strong corrosion resistance. The SGS salt spray test grade report shows a level of ten.

3.Single swing-Arm design with multi-fluid multiplexing–high-pressure water & wipe free car wash liquid spray system. Integrated with overhead trolley's lateral traversing carriage, dynamically adjusts spray positions via real-time vehicle profiling for uniform pressure-distance cleaning
4.Entrance Sides: One photoelectric sensor on each side forms an opposed through-beam pair, scanning vehicle shape and detecting entry/exit direction, transmitting wash counts to the PLC system.
Side Sensors: Two ultrasonic sensors on each side measure the distance between the vehicle and machine sides.
Multi-Sensor Setup: Ensures wash precision and safety through redundant detection.
