1.The frame steel uses Q235 international standard profiles with a thickness of 4mm. The surface is treated by pickling, phosphating and hot - dip galvanizing, which endows it with strong corrosion resistance. The SGS salt spray test grade report shows a level of ten.

2.The 7-shaped single-swing-arm is multiplexed and can complete pre-washing of the vehicle body, high-pressure water flushing, and wipe-free liquid spraying.

3.The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system has strong stability, flexible programming features and rich functions. It can operate in complex environments, precisely control multiple tasks, and is easy to maintain and diagnose faults. It also has good expandability, as well as safety protection and data management functions. 

4.Through the ultrasonic identification system, the size of the vehicle body and the parking distance can be accurately located, enabling repeated cleaning at the rearview mirrors.
The ultrasonic identification can eliminate the interference of water mist, effectively avoid damaging the vehicle, and make the cleaning safer. 

5.The HP-232 entirely uses high-quality core components, ensuring both the safety of operation and the cleaning effect.

6. It is equipped with a built-in powerful silent blower. As the machine operates, the blower blows air back and forth, producing little noise and achieving excellent air-drying results.
