The Risense Tunnel Car Washing Machine CC-695 is the third model introduced from Japan and represents the second major upgrade based on the CC-690 model. Compared to its predecessor, the CC-695 features the addition of two horizontal tire brushes and three extra drying brushes, making it a high-end solution in tunnel car wash systems.

This advanced equipment not only enables fast and continuous vehicle washing but also delivers a cleaning capacity of 45–55 vehicles per hour. This high throughput makes it ideal for large-scale operations with high car wash volumes.

In addition to efficient overall vehicle cleaning, the CC-695 offers superior tire cleaning performance and enhanced body drying efficiency. It also includes a polishing function, further improving the finish and appearance of the vehicle after washing.

Integrate with thermostats for automatic adjustment. - Nozzle Anti-Freeze: Wrap critical pipelines (e.g., high-pressure nozzles, recycled water pipes) with trace heating cables to prevent residual water from freezing and clogging. - Detergent Temperature Control: Equip foam and wax storage tanks with heating belts or built-in heating rods to maintain liquid temperature above 10℃, avoiding increased viscosity and uneven spraying.

    Circulation and Insulation Design:
     Closed-Loop Circulation System: Activate circulation pumps during shutdown to keep water flowing intermittently (e.g., 5 minutes per hour) and prevent static water from freezing. - Drain Valve Optimization: Install automatic drain valves to empty non-circulating pipelines (e.g., air-dry system pipes) during low-temperature alerts.

    Insulation Layer Coverage:
