Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Equipment

Reverse osmosis is a membrane separation technology that utilizes the selective permeability (semi-permeability) of a membrane, using pressure as the driving force. When the applied pressure in the system exceeds the osmotic pressure of the feed solution, water molecules continuously pass through the membrane, flow into the central tube via the permeate flow channels, and then exit from one end. Impurities in the water, such as ions, organic matter, bacteria, and viruses, are retained on the feed side of the membrane and subsequently discharged from the concentrate outlet, thereby achieving separation and purification.

    Features:

    Equipment Advantages

    01

    PLC Control System

The PLC touchscreen displays the entire process flow and monitors all data such as water level and water pressure throughout the operation. No manual supervision is required. In case of any abnormality, the system automatically starts or stops to protect the normal operation of the equipment.

    02

    Multi-Stage Filtration & Patented Technology

A four-stage filtration water path system design effectively removes harmful substances such as sediment, rust, bacteria, viruses, and heavy metals.
