Main features

2.It is equipped with a fully automatic MCU control system independently developed by Risense. This system not only simplifies both operation and maintenance, making it user-friendly, but also enables remote technical upgrades, keeping it in step with the latest technologies.
3.There's a five-brush setup including a profiling vertical lifting top brush and four lateral brushes. They work together for comprehensive vehicle cleaning.
4.Side and top air dryers are installed. They effectively dry the car after washing, saving time.
5.An automatic carwash shampoo and wax - dispensing system is available. It provides a clean and shiny finish to the vehicle.
6.Special bristles:
Adopting the fourth-generation foam brush, which has a longer bristle life than average brushes. The bristles are non-absorbent, dust-resistant, tangle-free, anti-aging, and have excellent abrasion resistance. They are tightly arranged for superior cleaning effectiveness. The bristles are soft and smooth, preventing sand and dirt from being trapped, and will not harm the car's paint. They also offer superior sound absorption, minimizing the noise from friction between the bristles and the car's paint during washing, making the cleaning process quieter and cleaner.

1.The anti-collision safety bar
As an accessory to the car wash machine, enhances the safety of car owners while washing their cars.Before the vehicle enters the car wash machine, it first undergoes precise optical scanning to collect the shape data of the vehicle. The operation trajectory of the top brush is carried out according to the data processed by the MCU. The operation of the top brush is stable and will not be interfered by external factors.
2.Safety sense ring
A safety ring device has been installed at the top blower, which automatically rises when the vehicle touches the ring. The dual protection makes car washing safer and more reassuring.
3.Tiltable large lateral brush technology-By detecting the vehicle type through vehicle type sensing technology,when cleaning the sides of the vehicle,the large lateral brush is driven by a cylinder to tilt into ‘inverted-V’ shape,fitting the vehicle type,significantly improving the cleaning capability.When cleaning SUV,the large lateral brush, during the cleaning of the rear of the car, can be extended and tilted forward and backward by the motor, fitting the shape of the SUV 's rear, achieving a better car washing effect.
